How to Meditate in Stillness

Think about those situations that made you feel less than who you are. Let go of your thoughts and sit in stillness, observing your breath. If your mind begins to wander, bring it back to focusing on your breath. You may need to do this several times as you meditate and that is natural. Sit for as long as you feel comfortable meditating into your meditation on a high note.
