Glater is one of the most influential cities in bohumia and the capital of the humanoid empire. Before the war against osmodius, the city was run by a king and a council of elected officials. Theala olfgar and elanus convinced the boy king to dissolve the council and replace them with a single adviser who would be quick to deal with the dark army. Now merrick highhill, a highly capable cleric, friend of the green knights and priest of the nature domain, is about to take over the position.
