Symptomatic Discoid Menesca and Children

The authors note that surgical intervention is indicated for symptomatic discoid menesca. They caution that all inside repair may be difficult in young children due to small knee size and risk of deep posterior perforation. The complete discoid variant has been found to be the most common, followed by the incomplete and lastly, the risberg variant.
