Setting Good Expectations for Client Meetings
Set good expectations with this as well, right? So, outside the client meeting or inside the client meeting, make sure we're telling the client the date it will be done. It can be done sooner, but no later than X date. And a lot of this ties back to that old concept of extreme ownership. Any time a client is not understanding what you've said and feels irritated or frustrated or disappointed, let down, that's your opportunity to step up your game.
