Slovini and Cratia Declare Independence

In december, ind late december 19 90, both slavini and cracier hold referenda on independence. And in both republics, the people overwhelm, those who vote overwhelmingly vote for independence. How does the rest of yugoslavia respond? Slovini and cratie respond differently to this. Crowds declar independence, but do nothing about this. They say, now independent and that's it. A slavinians, however, say, now we are independent, which also means we have to establish control over our borders. This is a little bit like catalonia in recent times.
