Here's the lesson for today…A players, the real game-changers, they think differently.
Throughout my conversations with these incredible creators, I noticed that they weren't interested in being right.
Instead, they were laser-focused on getting to the right answer as quickly as possible.
These A players didn't engage in heated debates to prove their point or shut others down…they approached conversations with curiosity, open-mindedness, and a thirst for knowledge.
They often go seeking to understand the other person's perspective.
The lesson here, my friends, is that success isn't about being a know-it-all…it's about being a learn-it-all.
So let me be real with you for a moment…I used to be a know-it-all.
I thought my intelligence was my golden ticket to success. But guess what?
It only held me back.
And true enough, the most successful people I've encountered are humble enough to admit they don't have all the answers.
