Carbon Nanotube Strength to Weight Ratio Is Insane

Many countries are importing a lot of their rare earth metals from China and other countries too. They really are very rare in Japan itself and they do rely on imports. Apparently, India does have a reasonably good supply and they are are mining them themselves as well. But I don't know about a lot of the other countries around the world.
