The Origins of Asa Le Dine
The original Asa Le Dine Full-length was written with a friend of mine from high school in 2000 before I met Jordan. So it was like, you know, I'm truly the founding member, I guess, or the, the core of the songwriting team, so to speak. And he was by far the best drummer I knew in, in the San Diego area at the time. We didn't have a pre-existing friendship. We just kind of had cross paths and said, do you want to do this? And he said, yes. Of course our friendship and relationship grew from there.
