What Are You Expecting From the Mortgage Market?
Wells Fargo forecast 10% in 2023? Why was that not higher? Well, I think you have to look at the factors that go into it. As we came into this environment, we were set up pretty well to take advantage of higher rates. It's what's going to happen with the positive balances as consumers continue to spend. And then ultimately, it's going to be loan growth and what materializes there.
