When I first started hiring people four or five years ago, it was like, I felt like they should know what I already expect. It's a great way of executing hiring someone because you can gauge off of results based on what's clearly communicated and expected as opposed to just something up in the air. So people want that clarity too. And they respect you for setting boundaries and for telling them what you expect. Yeah. People thrive off that discipline.
