The search warrant was executed about 91 dates before the november eighth mid term election. Professor murray says this is very much in keeping with that kind of deliberative, methodical persona that we've known about for a long time. But there are a lot of considerations here that do favor deliberation in a circumstance like this. He has faced a lot of criticism, including from members of his own democratic party, about the pace with which he appears to be moving on some of these investigations.
