Is the US Navy Ready for China?

Admiral Samuel Paparo was on 60 minutes to talk about how ready we are for China. He says the bulk of the United States Navy will be deployed rapidly to come to the aid of Taiwan. "It's our duty to be ready for that," he said, referring to a possible invasion by China.
