Is the January 6th Committee Making a Criminal Referral to DOJ?
The January 6th committee makes a criminal referral, but it's not going to necessarily sway the Department of Justice one way or another. This whole idea of waiting with baited breath to see if there's going to be a criminal referral is talking about exulting form over substance. So what else? I was thinking about the along the lines of what we were just talking about with the DOJ versus the Senate.
