Coaches are even, in some ways, more important than teachers at the high school level. Attention to detail is massive for coaches. And watching film and scouting, there is so much perfectionism that goes in. We need to be adaptable. If you can't have joy on game day, you're going to get burned out. It's going to be a rough go for you.
