Taking a Deep Breath
When i instructed everyone to take a deep breath in and out during the meditation, she became unexpectedly very emotional. After about ten minutes of her crying on and off, she was able to gather herself. She revealed that she had a chronic lung condition that required her to actually carry round an oxygen tank with her at times because her breathing was so laboured. The instruction sounds something like taking a gentle, deep breath in troug the nose and out through the mouth,. or noticing where in the body yo the breath, the rise and fall of your stomach or chest, the filling of the lungs, wherever that place is for you. And also noticing thoughts as they arise, and bringing the attention back
