The Charm of Classic French Cuisine
I was lucky that I knew I wanted to be in the restaurant business and I had given this very special opportunity to learn something that's very special, which is a specialty of kizun. So I jumped on it. Every little plate that you prepare it becomes your little child and you become very proud of that you're able to do that. And then what's amazing about this korea, this is so interesting. You also studied authentic French cuisine. It sort of gave me a little bit of a direction also because I found my passion. My mom, my grandmothers, my two grandmothers, the different melting cultures in Brazil. I think I like all of it.
