What Is Sanity?
Governing is a pretty banal thing. It's gotten sort of, like, you know, very big romantic ideas associated with it. I think that people who've been exposed to so many romantic ideas of governance don't really even have an idea of what sanity is. And when you look at basically the very high crazy level of twentieth century governments, you basically see that there are crazy incentives driving the way that people get to make these decisions.
