The Queen's Capacity to Anchor the Commonwealth of Nations

Prime Minister: The Queen's ability to anchor the Commonwealth has been tremendous. Barbados, in spite of becoming a Republic, has said that we will continue to play a strong role in the Commonwealth because we believe in it. Prime Minister: How many other bodies do we have outside of the United Nations that cuts across as diverse a group of people?
