The Inter-Agency Process on Law

The inter agency is the central space in which important national security and law issues get worked out. Within that, you'll you have three layers of of bodies that meet to help formulate policy. Every president runs it differently. A lot of it is driven by what what they're comfortable with, what works and so forth.
