The Incoherence of the Affirmative Action Regime
A group of Asian students said they were unfairly discriminated against in the admissions processes at Harvard and UNC. If it had only been white students who were affected here, I don't think the case really would have gone very far. The Libs made a big mistake, they got a little sloppy, and they discriminated against Asians too. This exposed some of the incoherence of the affirmative action regime.
