The Importance of Rapidly Lethal Situations

I really liked what Matt was highlighting the nymewen dispatcher in my past life there's a difference between someone who knows what questions I'm about to ask and has the answers ready. The faster that that information can transfer to me as the dispatcher the faster I can get it out to the responders. You don't have to be an RN, MD, ARMP or PA after your name in order to make these things happen this is when you truly are a hero without going through numerous years of education.
