Jessica Lal was shot dead at a party in 1999. The perpetrator, Manu Sharma and his three accomplices were all on the run. Bina Ramani's husband George Millhott gave the police the number of Manu's Tata Safari. Using this number, the police located the car abandoned in Noida in the Pradesh. Arjan: You could replace Manu with one of thousands of political children or Jessica with one of millions of models trying to make a mark.
