Fjord's Journey to Design Leadership

"I never really liked the big corporate thing," says Fjord. "So I thought, I really have to kind of face face that and see whether it's true or not" The journey is a tough one for people as a real existential life crisis in their mid-30s - 40s when they're meant to be at the top but don't know if this is what they want to do. 'There's all that tactical stuff about design leadership and setting up teams,' he adds.
