How to Track Your Moods

There are a number of apps aimed at helping you track your mood throughout the day. MoodKit and ThoughtDarry Pro draw on well-established literature of cognitive therapy. But do we always know what it is that makes us feel good? I'm surprised sometimes by noticing things which I do habitually which might make me feel better or worse. It's not that technology is inherently good or bad, it's more about how we interact with it.
