How to Make Clients Feel Like They Are Part of the Process

The idea of being able to bring that into your own personal working with clients is making them feel like they are part of the process. If you're fidgeting around and you're doing a whole bunch of things, and you look a little bit chaotic, clients are going to pick up on that. So if you can explain to them what you're doing along the way, hey, here's why i'm doing this. I'm really trying to get this look. They start to feel like, oho, k, i trust this guy. He knows what he's talking about.
