Sleep has definitely been negatively impacted by the digital world. Average sleep is now somewhere around six hours and 30 minutes. People will get in bed and go, "I'll just have one last scroll" that could take an hour or two. If you scrolled for half an hour on TikTok before you go to sleep, how many videos will your brain have consumed? And then you expect it to suddenly go into switch off mode instantly as soon as you put your phone down. It doesn't happen.
