What I Like About State's Rights

I don't like the idea of state's rights for rights that are that have been to have a 50 year history. I've never understood any statute tory or case construction that says, well, if somebody questions it or takes a vote on it, that doesn't makes a super precedent. That is not a legal principle. So i just think, and i would tell you, as somebody who practises and tries to follow the law, that kind of tears apart the underpinnings of the law.
