W. W. Cook went through the, the entire state of Florida African American Studies Guide. He wanted to see every time that it came up in education here in the state of Florida. And there were 191 times that the word slave slaves or slavery appeared. Only one of those times does it actually talk about how slaves might have benefited from their skills.
