The Future of the Webinar Format

The key is what is the point of the live format and how do you deliver value in order for people to show up live? And so I think the way that that is is by having some type of audience participation, like the live Q&A format. Another reason why I like Q&A is because it covers what you want to know. It's about what the audience cares about. The second piece is that for G and I, continuous content stream of new questions and ideas to answer.
