The Importance of Reciprocal Care
I'm constantly inspired by the ways people are adapting to crisis and working to protect each other in this world. The idea of letting someone starve if you had food was on Menominee. It was the practice of striving not to leave anyone behind that got us through an apocalypse. I get asked these questions so often and I feel like I feel bad because any one person's answer to them is kind of unsatisfying. Because what you really want is just to not feel so fucking alone.
