Is the New Section a Knock Down Rebuild?
Atriplc obviously had high hopes for the new section and what it might do. Would you say they've been realized, or is it too early to tell? There's been at least six or seven cases now, reasonably sized cases under sectiono sis. Only one of those has been brought by the adrople c. And even that case you wouldn't call a block buster. That was a case brought against a very small port operator in northern tasmania. They settled it, didn't seek penalties. In the end, they were prepared to accept an undertaking to spend some money on some intra structure. So i'm sure they've got others. But i think
