Is There a Difference Between a Contributor and a Developer?
There's an interesting power disbalance there. I'm a huge fan of this bigger picture alternative to straight up corporate open source projects. We make these much bigger projects where we need more of the industry to align and work together on something full time. And yet it doesn't make sense for Chromium or does it make sense? Not particularly. The consumer of Kubernetes is running anything infrastructure these days. It's very open stack. It's running on their own premises. So that makes more sense.
