How to Overestimate Your Sales Reps' Interest in Sports

The first thing we saw was that we had overestimated how interested our sales reps were in sports. They didn't know the difference between different leagues like if we take Champions League Premier League and they didn't know which streaming services had rights at the time. The customer knew more than them and they were more interested in sports than than the sales reps were so that's why the sales reps never basically asked about this sport content. We found out some really great you know practical stuff too like if the store safe the the back of is safe it has a time lock to prevent people from getting stuck by opening code early.
