Doctors are petrified, and there many of them are just not prescribing pan medicine at all. So what states could do on that? Lavelled eric i i i have come up with three proposals that i think would help a lot. One is to repeal what has been put on the books in 36 states which says how many opioids can be prescribed for certain situations. The other is to make sure law enforcement gets a warrant signed by a judge if they want to go through prescription drug data base looking for mis-prescribing.
