Then the Sin Is Mentioned Before the Good Deed
In the hadith of morad, the sin is mentioned before the good deed. And so the sin gets mentioned first because this is the focal point here. It's not the good deed - you do them anyway. But the goal is to wipe out the sin. The physical process being that cleaning the body from impurities.
