Can You Be a Buyer of Bonds?

The bond market is saying it's more focused on the reopening in the pandamic and what's going on with delta, et cetera. The long end of the curve is actually still about 20, 30 basis points lower than what we saw back in march. So in this kind of environment where yields are higher than they were, but still low, historically, around one and a half %, can you be a buyer of bonds? Well, i think the answer that' whathat do you want it to be in your portfolio? It should just be part of an investor's portfolio, whether it's individual or an institution.
