Is It a Brazen Act by the Chinese to Do This?
I think it is a brazen act by the Chinese to do this. My interest would be not necessarily shooting it down, but bringing it down so we can capture the equipment and understand exactly what they're doing. The Chinese have been spying on us for years, for decades. We have to send a very strong message back that we won't tolerate this behavior.
