Putin Moving Nukes Into Belarus Is a Sign of Desperation

Putin moving nuclear weapons around is a sign of really desperation on his point. He's trying to shake up the table. But he's not in my opinion going to use a tactical nuclear weapon because he knows it'll spook the herd. No one's going to stand with Putin if he uses a nuclear weapon.
