CNN's John Defterios says the ATF has been inconsistent in its stance on shoulder brace guns. The agency had said for 10 years that they were not an NFA item, but now it is saying otherwise. There are millions of these guns out there and many people don't even know how to use them according to defterios. It was meant to make Democrats look disjointed on the issue, making Biden have to repeal something or veto something that it's people in his own party voted for instead. But also it has a negative impact on the legal case to get this gun ban overturned.
