Aldous Althostin - A Very Interesting Guy
Althostin is England's Carolingian king, I would say. He was a Norman, had a Norman father and an English mother. And so he's like a generation or two after the Norman conquest. There was still this common opinion in the 12th century that Althostin was this interesting Carolingian style.
