The Anti-Imperialist Foreign Policy of Algeria

The FLN had played the game of very high diplomacy, gaining widespread acceptance even before Algeria independence. They viewed OPEC as an organization that was only trying to get some more money from the international companies but not really willing to take over the oil sector. So this is also the reason interesting why the FLN at the beginning did not endorse participation to OPEC.
