We saw rich countries basically doing carbon colonialism. They want to take even more of what's remaining and not do fair share of effort when it came to the finance. So youve got the richest countries burning the planet and then making the poorer not only deal with this crisis, but then say, weare going to go deeper into debt as a result of our actions.
