The Prospects for a Goldback Currency
The S&P 500 is now no longer like one of these quick little five-day corrections. There's more and more incentive for Russia to be pushing alternative ways to settle trade with all the sanctions. An announcement of a currency doesn't mean the implementation of the currency. They might announce that there's a timetable for implementing it. Maybe it actually ends up being important.
