Sally Kohn: How much do you think it has to do with the lack of health education in our institutions and how hard it is for people to get schools to teach proper health? Kohn: I had a health class. But when I came out of college, you know, high school college, and I was on my own, I was like, I don't know what it means to eat health is. And then I found out lettuce is like 90% water. It's just like a placebo effect.
