The Case for Centralized Democracy
In the modern, postmodernist period, democracy is meant. Everyone can do what they like in some horizontal mess. But as an older idea of democracy, which is actually what democracy means is you are accountable. So giving stats isn't just some cap, it's not a capsistic thing at all. Giving stats is actually a socialistic democratic duty to share information so you can have effective resource allocation. If you're going to get loads of help, then the center of A22 should control your data. You don't own the data. The people who take over your A22 group, you know, why should they control the data? Because they've got access to it.
