What's the Best Way to Get a Seat at the Table?
There's a big question at the moment about how design is best to get a seat at the table. This is a question that has been on designers minds for some time now. And i think what we see as designers is that we have actually come from a position of being agitators and activists, and we 're creative people. Often that rubs up against the entrenched status quo, the boys clubs,. The other things that have permeated enterprise in particular, for a very long time. It would benefit design if we could get more clear on just where our powr comes from and what we should do about it.
