Xi Jinping's Coming Into Power

John Avlon: Too many of us Americans are asleep at the switch. He says we've been lulled into complacency by the relative piece of the last 20 years. With Xi now taking a third term, that is now going to change precipitously in a way that I don't think we're yet ready for he says.
