Small Caps Are More Exposed Than Large Caps
On small caps right now are our extremely cheap versus history. Forward priced earnings ratio is treating at similar levels to no prior recessionary lows, even some of the more ver recessions. If recession becomes increasingly priced into the market, we do think there's more downside risk for equities over all.
