The New Strategy and Tactic for Managing Your Mental Health
We often look at all of the symptoms of our problems, and don't know where to begin. By addressing my own mental health, I will automatically receive more energy towards doing the things that needed to be changed before I could work on my mental health. We often invest in better equipment or do more research while we're actively fighting against ourselves. When in reality, had we focused all of that extra attention and energy on improving our own relationship with ourselves, we'd have more internal motivation to better show up for ourselves.
