Is Complaining a Good Strategy?
If you're worried about your equity, you've become a complainer. Complaining to get more stuff is a strategy but it's just not a good one compared to having a strategy for getting what you want that's unique to you. The complaining strategy is sort of the generic strategy. Do you think it makes sense that every person hoes the same strategy? We all like equity. But compare that to teaching people how to pursue their own best strategy. There's no competition.
